Skin Clinic in Trivandrum

Serene Derma began in Trivandrum in 2012 as Serene Skin & Laser Centre, a 500 sq ft clinic with a single doctor, founded by dermatologist Dr Sonia Feroz. Over the years the clinic brought several technologies to the city:

• UltraPulse CO2 fractional laser, the first of its kind in south India
• Lumenis LightSheer diode laser for laser hair removal
• OxyGeneo medi-facial, the first of its kind in Kerala (2015)
• Revlite Q-switched Nd:YAG laser for pigmentation and tattoo removal (2016)
• Sygmalift HIFU skin tightening (2019), followed by HydraFacial MD and the Primelase hair reduction laser

In 2015 the clinic moved to a 2,000 sq ft space in the heart of Trivandrum, and in 2017 it launched the HOPE campaign offering free burn-scar laser treatment to acid attack and burn survivors. Read our full story.
